Ownership

This tab is for the store owner’s name and contact information. You can always return here at a later date to update the information if anything changes.

Owner

Enter the store owner's name here. You should include both a first and last name. This is a required Field.

Email Address  

Enter the owner’s email address. This should be an address that is checked daily as this is the email that Miva Merchant™ Fast Track uses to contact you. This is a required field.

Company  

The name of your company or you can use your store name. It is not a required field, so leave it blank if you would like.

Address, City, State/Province, Zip/Postal Code & Country  

This is the address from where you will ship items to your customers. Shipping costs are calculated from this address, so if you ship from Texas, but live in California, make sure to use the Texas address. The address is both the number and street name and the suite or apartment number, if there is one. This is a required field.

Phone   

This is the business phone number; remember to include your area code. This is a required field.

Fax  

Some stores have a fax number, add it here. If your business does not use a fax, just leave the field blank.
