Create a price group to offer special pricing or discounts on select products, only to certain customers. Those assigned to the group will see special pricing on the assigned products when they are logged in to your store. Other products will display normally for them. Other shoppers will see the regular prices.
Enter a name for the group.
Specify the pricing to offer. Retail is the normal pricing in your store. Cost will use the value you have entered in the Cost field on the Products screens for each of the assigned products. Discount from Retail will reduce the price by the percentage you enter here. Enter the percentage using whole numbers, with tens and hundredths of a percent. That is, a five percent discount is entered as "5.00" (not "0.05"). You can also create a special price based on the cost for each product — Markup from Cost.
Click Add to create the group.
Two new tab headings will appear at the top of the screen: Customers and Products. From this point the process is the same as editing an existing group.
